These terms apply to your use of royalchess.sg and to chess coaching provided by ROYALCHESS Pte Ltd (“ROYALCHESS”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or applying for coaching, you agree to them.
Applications
Coach Tigran works with a limited number of students at a time. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Every application is reviewed personally, and we will contact you by WhatsApp or email.
Lessons and fees
Lesson format, schedule, location and fees are agreed with you directly before coaching begins. Lessons take place online via Zoom, at students’ homes or at an agreed venue in Singapore. Any arrangements for payment, rescheduling and cancellations are those agreed with you at that time.
Parents and guardians
Where the student is under 18, a parent or guardian applies on their behalf, agrees to these terms and is responsible for the student during lessons held at home or online.
Results
Chess progress depends on each student’s effort, practice and interest. Past results of our students, including those described on this website, are not a promise of any particular rating, title or tournament result.
Website content
All text, photos, logos and other content on this website belong to ROYALCHESS or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent. Photos of students are published with their family’s permission; please contact us if you would like a photo removed.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other services, such as Google Forms, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ROYALCHESS is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
